Clarification for those asked to support critical work

The Health Secretary last night confirmed that key workers should go to work. Government has identified Sellafield as a key site where work should continue in the national interest. Sellafield took the decision last week to pause work and yesterday extended the pause for the rest of the week, to allow for the identification of the key work that needs to continue and which of the key workers are needed on site. We are all focused on ensuring that the guidance regarding social distancing can be followed and will continue the ongoing discussions with your Trade Union representatives.
